The Duluth East Invite/LSC features exciting pursuit format racing at Snowflake Nordic Center.

Bus Schedule

• Departure: 8:30 AM from GRHS Parking Lot
• Return: Approximately 4:00 PM to GRHS

Schedule

• Arrival Time: 10:00 AM
• Race Start: 11:00 AM
• Format: Pursuit (Classic followed by Skate)

What to Bring

• Both Classic and Skate skis (waxed at Jan 28 wax session)
• Racing suit or team uniform
• Warm-ups and extra layers
• Water, snacks, and lunch
• Quick-change bag for pursuit

• Part 1: Classic technique
• Transition: Quick change to skate skis
• Part 2: Skate technique
• Results: Combined time determines placement
