Technique Development
- 45 min technique-focused work
- Break into 5-10 min segments
- Full recovery between efforts
- Film for analysis if possible
Balance & Agility
- 15 min balance challenges
- Coordination drills
- Proprioception work
Cool Down (15 min)
- 10 min very easy movement
- 5 min stretching
